Exchanges & Returns

How do I exchange or return an item?

We understand that sometimes you need a different colour, size or design.

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send you a Return & Exchange form and a postage paid label.

Once the form has been completed please send through the garment, completed form and a copy of your invoice to the address provided.

All items must be exchanged in their original condition with original tags attached and in unworn condition. 

Upon receiving returned/exchanged garment, Inpulse Active reserves the right to decline return/exchange if product is not in it's original condition. In this event, you will be notified and the garment returned back to you.

Sale items

Sale items, online credits and gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Return costs 

We will provide the return postage so it is free to return items.


If all return procedures are followed, the amount of purchase will be credited to the purchaser's credit card excluding postage.


All exchanges are subject to Inpulse Active exchange procedure and stock availability. If the size you are looking for is not available at time of processing exchange request, you will receive a refund.


Sizing Chart

To make it easier to pick the correct size, we have standardized our styles into XS, S, M and L.

The size chart is to be used as a guide to choose the right size for you. Sizes may vary between cuts and styles.
